a forum posts says something like

Engine built by Atford with cylinder heads and intake trumpets from Cosworth and block of the Mazda V6/Ford Probe road cars – so it must have been a KL.
Gearbox magnesium cased hewland used like in Alfa 155 ST. Radiators fabricated by Atford with cores by Serck Motorsport vee shaped to fit into the homologated aero package from Reynard. The engine management was Pectel P6. Suspension arms and subframes built in house by Atford. It’s believed that the uprights and hubs came from Roger Dowson earlier Mazda project? Bodywork and believed the roll cage was done by Altered Image company in Strood. The polycarbonate rear windscreen was made by Peerless in Norfolk.
